Saw: The Final Chapter

If you watched the other Saw movies then you might as well watch this one too. That is the only reason I myself watched it. I don't know about you, but I felt as this series went on the movies went down hill and this movie does not stray from that. The last Saw installment has you asking your self what does that have to do with the rest of the movie through out the whole movie. The acting was bad, the gore was bad, and the plot was bad. You think you can guess the end of the movie from the first 10 mins. The problem with that is when you get to the end you still don't really know. It's not really a clear cut ending. "Was he in charge of it or was it the other guy?" "Did the other guy really not know?" My biggest question was "how could they possibly think that was a shocking ending when you knew he was already around?" There is a good story in the middle of all the questions, however even in that it makes no sense. There are some good traps and you feel the people deserved them but beyond that... Don't waste your money. Wait for it to come to cable or if you have Netflix wait for view it now!  http://movies.netflix.com/Movie/Saw_The_Final_Chapter/70139391?trkid=496624#height1340

Machete (2010)

Do you like the old fashion, purposefully overacted, bloody, comedic action movies? This is the movie for you. Many people complain about this movie saying it was a stupid, low budget film. That was the point. If you you going into the movie expecting perfect camera views, great lighting, and wonderful acting then you will be sadly disappointed.
So the gist of the movie is a Mexican drug lord and a Texas Governor want to control the border in order to make a profit from the Mexican people who are trying to get to America.  On top of using the illegal immigrants as target practice.  Machete just wants to kill everyone, or so it seems.
The best part of this movie to me was that we finally found a movie role that is perfect for Steven Seagal.  He has a bad accent, bad acting, and bad fighting skills. You know like in every other movie that he has ever been in. This time it works though.
Not for the faint of heart, children under16, or anyone with out a funny bone. Worth the cost to rent it. So stop by the video store, make some popcorn, and sit back for a funny night! http://movies.netflix.com/Movie/Machete/70125125?trkid=496624#height1860
